About the role:

Account Manager plays an important role in managing relationships with Zomato’s Online Ordering restaurant partners  and take initiatives to improve their business performance.


Here's what you will do day-to-day:

  • Manage and grow relationships with the merchants: identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business of your accounts

  • Analyze data and ensure month on month growth of your merchant business by increasing their  orders and reducing rejections

  • Help merchants scale up their businesses by making decision on aspects like pricing and coverage of delivery areas

  • Own all aspects of merchant satisfaction and help solve issues, troubleshoot as required

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience. Understands sales ecosystem, is strong-willed and persuasive

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales will be an advantage

  • Exhibits strong analytical skills

  • Should be presentable, articulate, detail-oriented and is able to multitask

  • Demonstrates the ability to function independently and is comfortable with unpredictable work hours

  • You must have working knowledge with Microsoft Office & Google Docs (Power Point, Excel, Google Sheets)
