In this role you will be:
Owning the sales process to attracting new clients;
Working with senior team members to identify and manage risks;
Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively;
Researching and identifying new market opportunities;
Cold calling to generate leads;
Preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients to achieve your sales target;
Fostering a collaborative environment within the organization.
You are a sales focused individual who is driven to acquire new business while knowing when to tone your energy down to respect our prospective clients needs. You will also act as your clients first point of contact for troubleshooting concerns. You are also a seasoned sales professional with at least 2-5 years experience, a bachelor’s degree and the ability to build and manage new relationships.
In addition you are:
An excellent communicator with great leadership skills;
Experienced in account management and sales particularly with cold calling;
Experienced using productivity tools such as Cupcake;
An excellent decision maker with the ability to think on your feet relying on facts and business critical details;
A tech-savvy multi-tasker;
Familiar with the geography and restaurant industry of Sydney;
Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
Bilingual - Korean/Japanese would be a bonus!
