About the role:
The value derived by our users from Zomato’s platform depends on the breadth and depth (available choice) of restaurants they find on Zomato. Sales Manager plays a key role in delivering this value by acquiring the right merchants and bringing them on board across our Online Ordering, Adsales and Gold platforms.
Our Zomato sales team works simultaneously on multiple fronts - user on-boarding, experience, and retention along with restaurateur experience and real time payment settlements.
Actively contact clients, pitch product and achieve sales targets
Identify potential clients and generate sales leads for all product verticals
Identify growth opportunities for your customer base
End-to-end sales process, from cold calling to ongoing account management
Attendance to regular team meetings, training and strategy sessions
Forecasting expected sales
Ensuring customer service levels benchmarks are met.

Here's what we're looking for:
You must have 0–2 years of sales experience.
You must be strong willed and persuasive.
You must be excellent spoken and written communication skills
You must be Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
You must have working knowledge with Microsoft Office & Google Docs (Power Point, Excel, Google Sheets)
