Here's what you'll do day-to-day

  • Help with answering inbound calls and routing / solving for them as necessary
  • You will be helping with Content Activities [Change requests pertaining to the Menu, Timings, Delivery Areas, Timings etc].
  • You will be helping with Catalog Management [Ensuring the food shots are of good quality as per Zomato standards.
  • You will be helping Sales Support [Document checks/ Document Uploading]
  • Conduct hygiene checks on all activities performed at regular intervals to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
  • Work on Adhoc requests as and when required


Who fits the bill?

  • 0-1 years of experience in a related role.
  • Arabic Speaking is a must.
  • People with multi-tasking abilities and are game for tight deadlines.
  • Weekends would be working as and when work demands.
  • A keen eye for details will help you in being good at this job.
  • Analytical mindset and should have proficiency in working with Excel.
  • Might have to stretch to complete daily tasks.
