Requirements

Here's what we are looking for (Technical Skills)

  • Commerce Graduate with minimum 6 months accounting experience in ITES environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking) a must
  • Experience in a high-growth, rapidly-changing culture. Must be able to work with a strong sense of urgency
  • Passion for problem-solving, improving and/or implementing processes
  • Proficiency with MS Office & Excel
  • Knowledge of financial systems and bookkeeping
  • Results-driven and stakeholder-focused
  • Experience in accounts work, Billing process/entries, Reconciliation, Account Receivable/Account Payable etc.
  • Experience engaging with global teams
  • Customer oriented approach

  • Team Player with strong organizational skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision


Your typical day as a Zoman will look like

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient workflow and performance of the Accounts Receivable function, in order to ensure an excellent service is delivered to the business
  • To ensure that quality and deadlines are achieved and maintained and that any issues are managed in line with Company Policies and Procedures
  • To provide a high-level of Accounts Receivable service, ensuring revenues are applied and reconciled accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Responsible for ensuring daily banking and monthly reconciliations of customer receipts accounts is completed
  • Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliations – ensuring accurate and timely monthly completion and swift resolution of outstanding items
  • To assist Management Accountant with monthly review of revenue received versus original budget/forecast
  • Assisting team members with workload during periods of high volume or absence due to holidays or sickness
