Requirements

Here’s what we are looking for (Technical Skills)

  • Has 2+ years of relevant local marketing experience. 
  • Understands what it takes to get users in a locality to adopt a product; is strong-willed, persuasive and will not settle without seeing strong user growth
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
  • Has experience in running ATL and BTL activations for marketing


Here's what we are looking for (Soft Skills)

  • Exhibits initiative and demonstrates the ability to function independently
  • Has strong communication skills, is detail-oriented and is able to multi-task


 Your typical day as a Zoman will look like

  • Focus on achieving aggressive weekly new user acquisition targets
  • Work with local restaurant partners and execute hyper local marketing campaigns

  • Partner with local businesses and associations to drive awareness and acquire new users for online ordering in the neighborhood
  • Drive awareness for Zomato in your neighborhood through effective BTL distribution and activations
  • Generate local user, restaurant, rider and market insights
  • Be the face of Zomato in your neighborhood and work proactively on building our user, restaurant and rider community
  • Coordinate with our restaurant partner and rider partner teams for effective execution of marketing campaigns
  • Your role would also require traveling across cities from the base city in order to launch and grow business, as per the requirements
