Here's what you'll do day-to-day

  • Perform routine administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of
    Microsoft Server 2012 Active Directory components and Google Apps for Business
  • Periodic backup of Windows Server 2012
  • Create and delete accounts and reset account passwords as and when required
  • Management of the Groups & User accounts (IDM) on Google apps / MS o365
  • Provide access to various internal tools and dashboards after getting required approvals
  • Liaise with the HR and Finance teams for employee on-boarding, exits and routine audit requirements
  • Communicate with vendors for renewals, negotiations and troubleshooting purpose
  • Provide best practices to improve the current processes
  • Generate relevant Security Reports for the management
  • Provide IT support to internal teams


Requirements

  • Must have 2 – 4 years of work experience on G- Suite & GCDS(GADS)
  • Should have at least 2 years experience of working on Active Directory & Google Apps/MS O365 for Business
  • Good knowledge of Linux & Ubuntu Operating System over Command Line Interface (CLI)
  • Experience in working with IT partners for Software Procurement & Renewals
  • Able to handle difficult & hight pressure environments keeping in mind the dynamic workload
  • Should be comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours and should be able to function independently
  • Must be organised, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
