Requirements

Your typical day as a Zoman will look like:

  • Build and maintain client relationships for Food@Work across multiple sites through real time connect with operators. 
  • Anticipate customer expectations and problems to prepare internal stakeholders with the best possible solutions
  • Ensure engagement with and retention of clients
  • Cross selling business deals to meet requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 
  • Manage client relationships (governance and communication), preparation and presentation of all reports
  • Drive client agenda and requirements by engaging with the operations team 
  • Manage Food programs

Initiatives: 

  • Facilitate standardisation and roll out across all locations 
  • Oversee consumer feedback processes 
  • Responsible for organic growth (portfolio enhancement - up-sell) and new business lead generation (portfolio extension - new sites and group companies; cross sell) 
  • Strategy building to drive active reference lead and business generation from the existing customer 

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Project management and coordination skills 
  • Proven experience, and expertise in working with key decision makers in a high paced working environment 
  • Good communication skills (English & the local language in your region)
  • Passionate and self motivated; able to take initiatives and drive execution 
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
