What you will do as the Marketing Manager in Zomato:
The role of a Marketing Manager is quite varied. It's about organizing and coordinating multiple marketing activities to help grow Zomato’s user base in Jakarta, increase brand recall in the local market while helping the business achieve sales results.  


As the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the current food, social, and cultural trends and events in your city, and look for opportunities to weave Zomato’s brand presence into them
  • Help build Zomato's brand locally through various on-ground activations, including but not limited to - stickering drives, on-site brand activations at local malls and relevant events etc
  • Attend and cover events Zomato partners with, host or participate in, both offline and online events or even campus placement talks
  • Help grow Zomato’s user base and brand presence by ensuring Zomato has multiple marketing touch points including but not limited to BTL at restaurants and widgets on their digital presence
  • Develop content, story pitches, press releases and reach out to relevant local media to drive relevant press coverage for Zomato
  • Drive corporate tie-ups and partnerships for enhanced brand visibility
  • Strike a balance between creative ideation and hands on execution

Requirements

Who fits the bill:

  • If you have prior experience of 2 – 3 years of relevant marketing and execution experience in start ups and have worked with lean budgets to build a brand, you will find this opportunity very exciting 
  • We are looking for someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative, enthusiasm and thinking on the feet
