Job description

We are looking for a well connected, creative and driven Partnerships Associate to grow Zomato’s partner relationships in by identifying lucrative opportunities for Zomato and growth of the subscription-based product Zomato Gold.



  • Will be working with the Marketing Team reporting to the Head of Marketing & Partnerships
  • Actively seeking out, identifying and establishing partnership opportunities, engaging directly with partners and finalising partnership agreements
  • Ability to understand the business needs of various verticals and to be able to establish sustainable relationships with third parties and agencies
  • Assess benefits of potential partnership opportunities which includes working to determine long and short-term benefits
  • Develop, maintain and manage strategic partner campaigns/partner plans, including reporting/analytics and regular reviews with active partners
  • Liaising with key internal stakeholders across functions to develop materials and content required to maintain a successful partner relationship
  • Manage partners post-launch building the foundation for repeat engagement
  • Forecast business growth, marketing value and other key metrics; track actual progress toward forecasts and report results


  • Minimum 3 years of work experience and used to manage marketing partnerships and tie-ups.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field
  • Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to successfully liaise with and influence a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels; must be able to interact with partners across corporate marketing, agencies, banks, human resources, events, etc
  • Have a good network in marketing, agencies and HORECA channel is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, with view of the bigger picture and with little need for oversight
  • Experienced in preparing engaging presentations, reports, plans and other communications for diverse audiences
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, prompt, responsive, efficient and capable of multitasking, thinking ahead, and prioritising in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong people skills; ability to work effectively with all employees and all levels of management,
  • Understanding of the Partnership function within a start-up environment is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to drive conversations between Sales, Marketing, Content, Operations etc
