About the role:
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to play a critical role in building relationships with top restaurant groups. The ideal candidate should ensure business growth for these groups and be able to identify new opportunities to introduce Zomato products to these businesses to drive growth. Ultimately, you will be responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account targets.
What will be the Manager Strategic Accounts responsible for?
build and nurture relationships with Zomato’s key customers and managing multiple stakeholders within client's organization.
Work closely with other product teams in Zomato to ensure that relevant products are introduced at the right time.
Develop plans for the key customers, manage expectations and contribute towards a high level of client satisfaction by driving growth for them.
Discuss and evolve campaigns in line with the customers marketing and sales objectives.
Influence client’s to ensure that Zomato gets the majority share of spends on digital media .
Acquire new customers and prevent customers from churning out.
Key KPIs will include:
Revenue growth from existing & new customers.
Grow the number of clients
Grow Average revenue per client.
Ratio of new business vs. repeat business
Increase share of wallet from these accounts.
Penetration with various products
New market penetration and the market share
Client success and retention
Overall turnover rates
Here's what we're looking for:
You have a proven track record for delivering results for customers and thereby revenue for the organisation
You have 2-5 years of overall experience. You also have experience in account management and business development.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude to build strong relationships.
You are comfortable with travelling within the city to meet customers as required.
You have excellent presentation skills alongside good working knowledge of excel, google sheets.
You have In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape and the ability to work with evolving and emerging products.
