- As a Telesales Manager, you will play a key role in engaging the right set of restaurants to use Zomato’s Ad product and help merchants understand value of the product
- You will be pitching a new product to restaurant owners over the phone and closing the deal end to end
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
- A telesales role where you will get clients on board Zomato’s Ad Sales Product. Post that you will on-board the clients and continue engaging the clients
- Call, pitch and convert sales leads (occasionally) for such restaurants
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, contracting, billing/ invoicing, keeping the deals and offers up to date, liasoning with the clients to add new deals and offers
- The role might involve field work sometimes and will be based out of our Jakarta office
Here's what we're looking for:
- 1 – 3 years of prior work experience in tele sales
- Strong communication skills - articulate, crisp and clear communication
- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, demonstrating the ability to function independently
- A person who is organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
- We will prefer someone with a good understanding of the restaurant eco-system and who fully embraces the fact that we are always just 1% done - hustling is a way of life at Zomato
- Someone who understands our audience
